UPS came and hauled-off the 14 boxes, including my bicycle and gear broken-down into the two 50-pound suitcases. Now counting-down 30 hours until I fly out of here to Fort Smith, Arkansas. Super-boosting my health and immunity for the trip, I have been on triple juice duty using the sixty dollars worth of great bulk produce I got at Wild Thyme Whole Food Market the other on Friday.

Here is a little window on today's juice and other raw culinary delights.


Wild Harvested Tripe Fungus
At the grocery today after a pleasant hike in the local nature preserve with my roomate Tito, I spied some dried, locally harvested, wild tripe fungi (Auricularia mesenterica) in the mushroom section. Excitedly I brought them home and re-hydrated them for a late lunch. Mmmmm what an incredibly wild taste and texture. This, indeed was a treat. The mushrooms were recently dried and they reconstituted nicely soaking in warm water for about 20 minutes. By the time I made the sauce and cleaned everything-up, they were ready.

Today's Juice
Today's 3-meal juice: apple, kale, cilantro, beet, carrot, cucumber, fennel, and ginger. All organically grown of course, and I soaked the ingredients in fresh cold water for 2 hours before juicing.



In the Bowl
In the bowl is the wild tripe (Auricularia mesenterica) mushroom, splashed with organic namashoyu tamari, topped with sweet pea sprouts, a teaspoon of turmeric-habanero sauce, chopped cilantro, local bee pollen.On the Side
Served on the side of the plate is half a ripe avocado with a dash of ume plum vinegar and a little fresh ground black pepper. I also placed one gorgeous wild tripe mushroom (Auricularia mesenterica) specimen there for you to have a clearer look. This all just turned-out to be a smashing taste and texture sensation, enjoyed with slow and reverent chewing.

Turmeric-Habanero Sauce
The sauce was prepared at high-speed in a regular blender using:
1) quarter-cup of olive oil
2) two fine red habanero peppers
3) bit of ginger
4) four large cloves garlic
5) tablespoon of umeboshi plum vinegar
6) tablespoon of fresh powdered turmeric
7) teaspoon of local honey (sweeten to taste)
8) quarter-cup near boiling water

* I only drizzled one teaspoon piquant sauce on the tripe dish.



Health and Natural Medicine
Everything I have been reading on how to best defend yourself against airborn chemtrail fallout and other particulate/pathogenic sources, include the daily consumption of hot pepper to keep the mucous production up, your first line of internal defense against unwanted inhalants. The mucous is your body's way of saying "Let's get this stuff out before it gets in any deeper!" Stay well hydrated with natural spring water from its natural source.

Capsicum from hot peppers as well as turmeric are proven natural cancer remedies. Additionally, in my bit of research on the tripe fungi I discovered that the UK has long recognized the Auricularia mesenterica, tripe mushroom species as a cancer-curing food.

What Children Eat at School

A quick journal entry... from the field...

There is an elementary school across the street here in Ballston Spa. They have a small community recycling drop that includes a giant covered dumpster for cardboard and paper, where the school also dumps its things. Nearly each school day, I watch a man with a hand truck,  wheeling broken-down boxes to the dumpster. So naturally, when I needed a few boxes this morning, I went over there and discovered what most of the boxes had contained: styrofoam lunch trays and all manner of disposable plastic and food-related products from Sysco, Tyson Chicken Chunks, Tyson Turkey Tenders, Tony's Smart Pizzas, cheese steaks, apple turnovers and on, and on.

Do you know that heating, microwaving, preparation and serving of hot foods on Styrofoam and other plastics causes release of massive amounts of xenoestrogens, dioxins and PCB carcinogens that transfers into the food, especially foods having fats and oils? How does this affect the health of children eating these lunches at school 5 days each week? What are most children eating at school? Where does it come from? What are your children eating at school? Why do parents create the illusion of animals, and primarily farm animals, as being cute? Why do parents cutesify them only to force the eating of animals? What exactly are adults teaching their children? What rights do animals have? Are we not firstly animals? What makes us different? What rights do children have? What rights should children have?

As it turns out, children today and historically have had very few active rights. Today, parents have them repeatedly injected with what exactly? Parents feed them with? Parents wipe their anus and genitals with astringent alcohols and carcinogenic chemicals and can't figure-out why they have chronic rash or asthmas. Parents tightly swaddle them in highly toxic and genital-stunting disposable diapers until they are three or four or even five years old. Parents powder and smear them with toxic and irritating "personal care" products. But parents not paying attention. Parents believe labels that tout "Safe for Kids!" People demean children when people refer to children "kids". Parents fatten them up on pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, doughnuts, candy and sugar cereals. Parents dress children and their beds in a sousing melange of toxic laundry substances. Parents spray toxic chemicals in their houses and on the lawn where they crawl. Parents have toxic plug-in synthetic fragrance bombs that dull their minds and sense of smell. Parents further debilitate their natural curiosity for exploration by keeping them in the house out of fear. Parents keep them from experiencing and knowing nature. Parents plug them into electronic games and televisions. Parents distract them with sports and fashions. Parents do everything to stupefy and poison them. Parents do everything to keep them from discovering that there is any other possible concept to living other than what the parents are robotically doing themselves. Are you a parent?

But children do have the present right to hold on to and remember the truths they know and witness as children. They have the successive right to overthrow parents, to overthrow parents self-righteous and belligerent will to remaining ignorant, to overthrow the mechanized ways parents spend their days in the noise of self-perpetuated madness that parents call culture that parents call their "job", and that parents shamefully think of as family and life. The children have the successive right to overthrow parents and their denial of what is truly going on in the world around parents, to overthrow the pain and poisoning they are creating for them and the planet. Children have the successive right to make choices that actually resemble caring and being - unlike parents' madness of daycare bills, schools, jobs, credit cards, mortgages, car loans and mass consumerism.

I pray they will soon, and before parents' poisons sentence them to incapacitated mind and early death.

Yurt Project Update

Over the last several years I have been contemplating a lifestyle that is increasingly minimalistic, one where the the focus is on nurturing the part of Earth that I occupy, to restore habitat and ecosystem, and at the same time, grow an abundance of foods for year-round sustenance for myself, tribe, and local community. Sprouting inside of me, is a seed of yearning for home and abode in nature.

Coded inside the seed is my feral creature, one that beckons in a language before the learned tongue of English, so vividly imploring my retreat from domestication; starkly awakened and motivated by messages from seemingly independent sources, like Anastasia, to simply strip off my clothing, place it into a watertight bag, bury it under a rock or in the hollow of a tree and then wander into the forest to live. In strides, I am in the flow of, and flowing toward, a full-time and intimate sensory connection of myself as a completely aware energy being, with that of the Earth as a complete living energy being, all its hosted organisms, and to open the shamanic experience of singularity with  The Cosmic Organism.

Three years ago I began looking at the possibility of living in a yurt, and that idea has matured. In March, I decided to purchase a 24-foot diameter yurt from the Colorado Yurt Company. They provide an online Color Builder tool for previewing canvas color combinations. Here is the preview of the colors I have selected. I received a call the other day telling me that the yurt would probably be ready at the end of this week, which is today. But where to put it?


Two weeks ago, I re-established connections with a couple who own and operate an organic foods market in the northwest corner of Arkansas. I first met John and Sue in January 2007 while driving across the country with my dear friend Willow. In between and during our intense discussions about the world and food, I played my flute and Willow treated John to a massage. We connected so immediately, like star family. So... when I first phoned John a year later to talk about coming out that way to research land, upon introducing myself "This is Jahrun. My friend Willow and I visited your store over a year before.", he asked excitedly "Is this Jahrun the flautist?! Sure, come on out I'll be happy to show you around!" John went on to tell me about having read the Anastasia books that I told him about, that he bought a greenhouse kit, and that he had two large parcels of forest land.

Alas, I never did make it to Arkansas as I had a long way to recover from a stage-4 bone marrow cancer diagnosis, baby Tara was to be the third daughter born in my bed, I was to grow a beautiful garden where I would spend the summer with my lovers and my three daughters, I liquidated my possessions and closed-up the house I was renting in Lancaster to drive to Dallas, and then by early October 2009 I embarked on a bicycle expedition from Mexico to Panama. End of January 2010, I returned to cold and dismal Philadelphia, regressed in my health, an ever restless gypsy, discomforted by the vibes of being back in this country, an outcast, a stranger, a year later. So now I leave for Arkansas this Thursday and jettison the scene here in Saratoga Springs to be with John and Sue, and to be working with them to install the yurt somewhere in the forests of their 80-acre permaculture space of love.

It surprises me a bit that many people have never even heard of a yurt, and of course I am more than happy to inform. Many people I have talked to have been quite interested in my yurt ideas and have raised some good questions. Many of the answers regarding qualitative living experience I cannot provide as I simply do not have the experience of actually installing and living in a yurt. But questions like "Will it be warm enough in the winter?" and "How will you heat it?" meet my clarity of vision and seem relatively simple to answer.

Heating
For heating, I plan to have a variety of sources for heating water, including a passive solar collecting panel and also a wood stove/oven that has a water loop, like the ESSE Ironheart EWB. The Ironheart EWB has an inlet and outlet on the left side to circulate water through the wood stove and then into a hot water reservoir. The hot water reservoir itself could also contain an electric heating element that could be used in conjunction with hydro-electric, solar-electric, or any other generated power as a back-up for providing heat and hot water.

Pictured here is a real-life example of a very basic yurt pad being made that includes an in-floor heating loop. A cement truck delivers a pour of cement having an earthy pigment. Well-illustrated by this photo is the fact that little to no lumber is used in constructing the pad. If you begin researching yurts yourself, you will notice that most yurt installations are founded on the creation of an elaborate decking plus a circular wooden-structure pad on top of that! Using so much lumber to create a deck seems counter-culture to the low-impact significance of having a yurt in the first place. But, concrete is very energy intensive to produce and deliver, though it is quick and easy.

Earthen Adobe Floors
While the above picture does illustrate the basic concept of  having an in-floor heating loop for a yurt pad, I prefer something much more organic and planet-grounding underfoot and so I have been researching techniques for creating earthen floors. I envision an earthen floor made from mostly clay found on site mixed with sand, straw, grain hulls. Once dried and cured the floor will be finished with linseed oil or some other natural curing oil(s). Some people are using an orange oil. Maybe a final coat of carnuba or some other natural sealing wax. Some people are embedding their art into their adobe floors using additional pigments, or other natural media like pebbles. This could be fun!
Clay is a major industrial mineral resource in Arkansas. Combined industry output in 1995 amounted to over 1 million tons of raw clay, valued at over $1.2 million. In 1995, Arkansas ranked 4th in the nation in production of both kaolin and fire clays, and 9th in common clays. Few data concerning tonnage and grade of individual clay deposits in Arkansas are available, but the amount of potentially useful clay in Arkansas is substantial.
Unlike concrete cement, not only will an earthen floor further reduce the cost and amount of lumber resources required, an earthen floor is easily re-integrated back into the natural environment at such time as it is deconstructed. What actually happens for me will depend on several factors including what materials are available at the site, how much help is available and, how quickly I am able to obtain the prerequisite materials. It occurs to me that I may need to construct two pads, one as an interim solution until the earthen floor dries, with the plan to move-in before winter. I may simply live outside until then. This feels okay to me so long as I have a hammock.



Some advantages of Earthen Flooring:
● Eliminates construction waste – excess earth returns to landscape.
● Attractive, grounding, comfortable, slightly spongy, comparable to leather.
● Materials are inexpensive if not freely available.
● Installation mistakes are easily to repair.
● Easily absorbs other pigments for special designs or artwork.
● Minimal pollution as materials require little processing or transport.
● Durable with proper care and easily repairable with nearby clay soil.
● Low maintenance, able to be swept or moist-mopped; properly sealed.
● Stabilized earthen flooring is not dusty.
● Easy to shape flooring into other features.
● High degree of thermal storage and slow thermal release.
● Good for radiating a soft and even heat from an in-floor heating loop

Some Disadvantages of earthen Flooring
● Labor intensive to install.
● Long time to dry and cure in some cases.
● High traffic areas may require additional materials.
● More vulnerable to scratching and gouging than hard tile or cement.

In-floor Storage
Thinking about where to store things... and wanting to keep the floor space as open as possible... I thought to recess 5 and 15 gallon plastic buckets into the pad. Nicely-finished circular wooden lids would fit flush with the floor surface on top of each storage receptacle. Each lid would have a finger hole in the middle to allow lifting the lid off and putting it back into place. Underneath each lid would be a piece of removable cloth to keep dust from finding its way into the storage receptacles.  A ring of ceramics or some other material will provide a flush and elegant interface between the receptacle opening and the floor. The interface ring will prevent the cob from chipping or wearing out as a result of opening and closing the receptacle lids. Wood is probably not suitable as it would warp or distort over time causing a poor fit with the lid.

Perhaps the floor should be a hybrid sandwich of reinforced pumice concrete and cob? This would allow for a quicker initial set-up. Cob could be added gradually using the in-floor heating loop as a way to reduce drying times when it is cool and humid.

The layout in this diagram is not final as I will need to consider size and spacing of these receptacles particularly the strength of the floor material in-between them. But you get the idea: lots of bedding, clothing games, kitchen wares, dry foods, etcetera can be stored out of sight.

Sleeping Accommodations
I have come to greatly appreciate the womb-like comfort of sleeping in a hammock which becomes better and better once you learn a few techniques. For using any number of hammock arrangements inside the yurt, I will install tall log stanchions that are anchored deep into the floor. The tops of these stanchions can support shelves and/or can become support posts for a loft.

Here is shown a configuration of 5 hammocks and I estimate that with some creativity, as many as 8 people could be accommodated. When someone wants to rest, they simply open one of the in-floor receptacles containing hammocks, pick one they like, fasten each end to a hook on two stanchions and - presto - instant comfort! When finished resting, within seconds, floor space can be reclaimed.

Open floor space is a key feature that I look forward to. Yoga, dance, thai chi, sitting, drum circles, community meetings... or just enjoying clean and open space.

Cellars and Food Storage
Living space could be easily doubled or even tripled through the creation of cellars. Here could be stored more foods (like roots, tubers, apples, nuts, etcetera) in an annexed cellar as illustrated below. Water would be frozen in buckets during the earliest winter freeze and then brought-into the cold storage room to preserve these foods well into springtime, when garden foods would be abundant again. Shown in this diagram are outside solar collectors that would carry natural sunlight through flexible fiber optic like cables into the cellar for natural lighting.

Terence Mckenna on Preparing for Singularity

Plants and fungi contain unique signatures that affect and influence our bioelectrochemical organism. Some species contain keys to opening doors of higher dimensional perception, realms exceeding those 3 or 4 that we are conditioned to limitedly perceive.

Most people are not even truly conscious of 3-dimensional space, wherein which we can experience creative opportunity, in other words, the forth dimension. The realm of infinite creative potential is also greatly misconstrued by nearly everyone through years of early dogmatic training as being nothing more than "linear time". Do you remember this hypnopedic brainwashing?
"Thirty days has September, April, June and November... all the rest have thirty-one except for February which has twenty-eight and sometimes twenty-nine."
Do you remember sitting in elementary school and feeling that this was just wrong? I know I did. Do you remember staring at the world map hanging up front on the blackboard and thinking to yourself that it looked like the continent pieces should fit together? I know I did. Were you taught that the whole Earth is an organism? I know I wasn't. It was not even in dimensional perception of our "teachers" to think this way, let alone show us how to use our chi, or to heal or to grow.

So... do you even know what the names of the Gregorian (i.e. the patriarchal post Roman Empire Catholic Church) months mean? Do you know what the names of the seven days in your week signify? Why are there 24 hours in a day? 60 minutes in an hour? 60 seconds in a minute? 60 alternating electric cycles per second in your household electricity?
If you accept and live this model of time, you will not have access to forth dimensional perception, and you will remain asleep, you will continue to be controlled by a mechanistic and false 12:60 frequency harmonic ratio that is designed to keep you out of celestial harmony, and you are as far from nature as your masters intend, even if you're juicing twice a day. Did you ever try to remember a song when another song is blaring on the radio? Being out of celestial harmony puts you out of touch with your shaman. To feel natural time, you must unplug and get away from the noise, lose track of the Gregorian day of the week and the Gregorian month of the year. Do women naturally menstruate every 30 or 31 days? Do you know that the moon orbits the Earth in just over 28 days and so it orbits the earth 13 times in one solar year? Did it ever occur to you that the word "month" is really meant to be "moonth"?

According to the ancient Maya, the primary frequency harmonic to feel in order to "be in the now" and expand your dimensional perception is 13:20. Your sense-numbing Gregorian conditioning to 12:60 keeps you a slave who is sick and compliant. To reach full experience of the fourth dimension, you must let go of your current concept of patriarchally mechanized time.

A mechanical clock cannot see its contradiction, and neither can man see his self-division while living from mechanical thought. A clock cannot heal its self-contradiction, but man can do so by conscious thought."

Most people will have a very difficult ride on the way to this Singularity.

The Internet is only a set of training wheels. There are natural inter-nets, natural neural network systems that already provide the dimensional fabric for knowing, listening and speaking. Personally, I do not agree with the narrator's opening statement about preparing for a future life uploaded in computers. Mckenna never alludes to this trajectory. Though I, myself, have done a lot of work intentionally in this direction (with the Immortal Host project and even this BLOG as examples). I can let this go. It is only what I have to offer to you the reader to assist you in knowing other possibilities. Within the next three years, I plan on creating a more feral and shamanic "lifestyle", unplugging from computers and the Internet.

2010.04.15 Cuisine Diary

Before my bicycle ride today I had an inspiring and colorful lunch, featuring a trillium open-faced sandwich and raw warm borscht.

Warm Raw Borscht
The raw borscht porridge was made in a blender using a small beet, leek, onion, sweet pepper, garlic, ginger, olive oil, umeboshi plum vinegar, black peppercorns and spring water. Upon serving, 3/4 cup porridge was poured in a glass measuring cup and 3/4 cup of near boiling spring water, then rapidly stirred to quickly equalize to a pleasantly warm serving temperature of about 102°F-104°F. I poured the final mixture into a bowl and topped with sprouts and drizzled a curry oil on top.

Open-faced Trillium Sandwich
On the plate are three open faced sandwiches of organic sour dough bread spread thickly with freshly-made hummus mixed-in with tamari and chipotle powder, topped with thinly-sliced onion, tomato, multi-colored sweet peppers, watercress and a pile of sunflower sprouts in the center.

Avocado Salsa on Brown Rice
Later, on returning from today's 28-mile bicycle ride, I used the blender again to make a avocado salsa using almost the same ingredients I used for the borscht, only I used a substituted an avocado instead of a red beet, and added freshly-squeezed juice from one whole lemon, a pinch of Celtic sea salt and half a teaspoon of powdered cayenne pepper. In the bowl I placed a small serving of long-grain brown rice, smothered it with the avocado salsa, topped with a tablespoon of ground panch phoran mixture (panch phoran/sesame/flax/Celtic sea salt), and finally I garnished with sweet pea sprouts and watercress.

Home-grown Sprouts and Greens
Except for the toast and small portion of whole grain brown rice, these dishes are raw and use all organic or home-grown ingredients! It is easy to sprout and grow many foods in a sunny window. Here growing in the light of my window are the sunflower sprouts and the watercress shower and refill with fresh oxygenated water each day.

Over the last several years, I have awakened to the miracle of water and have been boisterous in sharing my understandings all along. Two nights ago, I was gifted with a real "treat" that has been downloaded into my cerebral cortex computer.

The Natural News daily news letter has been synchronic and instrumental in connecting me with the tools I have needed to raft the whitewater challenges and transitions that have been ongoing in my life these last three years. Adopted and proclaimed by General Assembly resolution 217 A (III) on
10 December 1948

On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the full text of which appears in the following pages. Following this historic act the Assembly called upon all Member countries to publicize the text of the Declaration and "to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories."

PREAMBLE

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,

Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,

Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,

Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in

Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

Article 1.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Article 2.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 4.
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Article 5.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.


Article 6.
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 7.
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration
and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Article 8.
Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.

Article 9.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Article 10.
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

Article 11.
(1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.
(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

Article 12.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 13.
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Article 14.
(1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.
(2) This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Article 15.
(1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.
(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

Article 16.
(1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during
marriage and at its dissolution.
(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
(3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

Article 17.
(1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Article 18.
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and
observance.

Article 19.
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Article 20.
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.

Article 21.
(1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
(2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.
(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.

Article 22.
Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.

Article 23.
(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.

Article 24.
Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

Article 25.
(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Article 26.
(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

Article 27.
(1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
(2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.

Article 28.
Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

Article 29.
(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Article 30.
Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

This agreement establishes USACE, FRA, FHWA, USCG, and NOAA responsibilities for the funding, installation, operation, and eventual decommissioning of Nationwide DGPS sites.  In Presidential Decision Directive (PDD) NSTC-6 of March 28, 1996, the President designated the Department of Transportation as the "lead agency for all Federal civil GPS matters." In addition, the President directed the USDOT to "develop and implement U.S. Government augmentations to the basic GPS for transportation applications." In January 1997 the USDOT formed an interagency DGPS Executive Steering Group and a DGPS Policy and Implementation Team to investigate the development of a nationwide differential service to comply with Presidential direction. The findings of the Executive Steering Group determined that building upon existing infrastructure and resources - Coast Guard Maritime Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) sites and conversion of existing US Air Force Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) sites - was the most practical method available to adequately fulfill the PDD and meet the user agency operational and technical needs.
Section 346 of Public Law 105-66, dated October 27, 1997, (Attachment A) grants authority to the USDOT to "take receipt of such equipment and sites of the Ground Wave Emergency Network ... as ... necessary for the establishment of a nationwide system to be known as the "Nationwide Differential Global Positioning System". In November, 1998, the NDGPS MOA was signed, identifying the general responsibilities of the seven Federal Agencies involved in the planning and proposed implementation of the NDGPS service.

The Ground-Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) System

300 Towers, 300-500 Feet High, Spread Across the United States

The Ground-Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) is a communications system that the military is in the process of constructing as we speak. It operates in the very-low-frequency (VLF) range, with transmissions between 150 and 175 kHz. This range was selected because its signals travel by means of waves that have a tendency to hug the ground rather than by radiating into the atmosphere. This signal drops off sharply with distance - a single GWEN stations transmits in a 360 circle to a distance of 250 to 300 miles. The entire GWEN system consists of approximately 300 such stations spread across the United States, each with a tower 300-500 feet high. The stations are from 200 to 250 miles apart, so that a signal can go from coast to coast from one station to another. When the system is completed around 1993, the entire civilian population of the United States will be exposed to the GWEN Transmissions.

APPLICATION OF MILITARY FREQUENCY WEAPONRY:

According to a 1982 Air Force review of biotechnology, ELF has a number of potential military uses, including "dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare."
"Electromagnetic systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. They are silent, and counter measures to them may be difficult to develop."
Each site would consist of a 299 foot tower (presumably to get around automatic imposition of the National Environmental Policy Act requirement for an environmental impact statement for any federally-funded 300 foot towers, a concrete building, and a series of fences on a 700 foot square site." Underground, a "ground screen" of copper wire would radiate to 330 feet at regular intervals. Physically unimpressive, the towers are presented to the public by the Air Force as radio towers for "emergency communications." Each tower will cost $1.4 million, the entire system a billion dollars. Other systems such as AFSATCOM, Milstar, Green Pine, and Giant Talk are designed to provide nuclear war communications at other electromagnetic frequencies and with the same or other weapons systems.
Because of GWEN's relatively simplistic technology, the Air Force presumes that GWEN will be replaced in 15 years by a satellite system.

The Purpose Behind The Neighborhood ELF Microwave Towers

Think grid triangulation. Like the old grid paper, put a dot at each corner and expand the box outward. Each level of panel acts also dimensionally (not like 4th, but in 3d space dimensions, don), or to put it another way, pitch, yaw, up, down, right, left, x, y, intensity, duration,  frequency pulse, etc, those kind of dimensions.  The whole damn dumb show was supposed to go down in late 99, but they didn't get people's guns, that big final obstacle to fascism. That's when they hit upon these ELF towers. Tested them in Ventura, Africa, and the Sudan.
They had GWEN (see http://educate-yourself.org/dc/gwentowersbybyronweeks.shtml) operational in '92, but it did entire counties and would affect their own people, who have body suits they were (lined with lead-impregnated Kevlar - which blocks ELF and piggyback frequencies.).  So they found out that the little towers, by the tens of thousands, they could literally aim any energy like a gun to a single home, a given range area, and so forth. Big places run by FEMA/NORAD run it all from computers. But they can also go remote, with the proper clearance and hookup.  They found out they didn't need to get the guns (that's why the push and schoolyard shootings stopped here; they no longer needed that scare op that worked so well in England, Australia, Germany, ....)
Now...how can you fire a gun or load it, if you are crawling on the ground begging for mercy? If you can imagine the worst abdominal pain there is, then you know how debilitating it is - you simply can't do anything, but lie on the ground and pray for relief  [Editor's Note: this assertion has been corroborated by Al Bielek, Stewart Swerdlow, Col. Fletcher Prouty, and even Major Ed Dames. During the 1991 Gulf War, hundreds of thousands of Iraqi troops spontaneously surrendered without even attempting to fight. It was this very ELF mind control technology which had been applied and rendered them impotent... Ken Adachi]. 
Then they can clean up entire streets, districts, small towns, enclaves, as needed. They don't need to pulse the whole country at once. Only as they do sweeps would they need to fire the machine up. And it is great for little revolts as they are sure to spring up. You can aim this grid like a net, down to the meter's distance. Got a neighborhood or backwoods community that isn't cow towing the NWO line? Simple, fire up the machine and down they go... as you walk through, kill the ringleaders, disarm the rest, then the lesson is taught to the survivors.
The French pioneered this technology in the late 70s from Bell Labs. They created a device for crowd control that looks like a big baseball stadium loudspeaker. It fits into the back of a van. Then they'd open the doors, pointing the van at the crowd. I've seen the device.
It operates on a 5 cycle bass wave, ELF. Made everyone drop to their knees with stomach nausea. [Carol felt that frequency as we drove by one of the towers, which was operating above the usual 15% capacity, apparently, on a recent trip]  Your towers are the same thing, but with bi-phase polarity frequencies that can induce hallucinations, nausea, herpes outbreaks (every organism has its own cellular freq) or whatever they want you to feel that day...horniness, anger, whatever.

How The NSA Harasses Thousands Of Law Abiding Americans Daily By The Usage Of Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM)

1. THE NSA'S MISSION AND DOMESTIC INTELLIGENCE OPERATION

Communications Intelligence (COMINT)

Blanket coverage of all electronic communications in the US and the world to ensure national security. The NSA at Ft Meade, Maryland has had the most advanced computers in the world since the early 1960s. NSA technology is developed and implemented in secret from private corporations, academia and the general public.

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)

The Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a program of decoding EMF waves in the environment for wirelessly tapping into computers and tracking persons with the electrical currents in their bodies. Signals Intelligence is based on the fact that everything in the environment with an electric current in it has a magnetic flux around it which gives off EMF waves. The   NSA/DoD [Department of Defense] has developed proprietary advanced digital equipment which can remotely analyze all objects whether manmade or organic, that have electrical activity.

Domestic Intelligence (DOMINT)

The NSA has records on all US citizens. The NSA gathers information on US citizen who might be of interest to any of the over 50,000 NSA agents (HUMINT). These agents are authorized by executive order to spy on anyone. The NSA has a permanent national security anti-terrorist surveillance network in place. This surveillance network is completely disguised and hidden from the public.
Tracking individuals in the US is easily and cost-effectively implemented with the NSA's electronic surveillance network. This network (DOMINT) covers the entire US. involves tens of thousands of NSA personnel, and tracks millions of persons simultaneously. Cost-effective implementation of operations is assured by NSA computer technology designed to minimize operations costs.
NSA personnel serve in quasi-public positions in their communities and run cover business and legitimate businesses that can inform the intelligence community of persons they would want to track. NSA personnel in the community usually have cover identities such as social workers, lawyers and business owners.

Individual Citizens Occasionally Targeted for Surveillance by Independently Operating NSA Personnel

NSA personnel can control the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals in the US by using the NSA's domestic intelligence network and cover businesses. The operations independently run by them can sometimes go beyond the bounds of law. Long-term control and sabotage of tens of thousands of unwitting citizens by NSA operatives is likely to happen. NSA DOMINT has the ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.

2. NSA'S DOMESTIC ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE NETWORK

As of the early 1960s, the most advanced computers in the world were at the NSA, Ft Meade. Research breakthroughs with these computers were kept for the NSA. At the present time the NSA has nanotechnology computers that are 15 years ahead of present computer technology. The NSA obtains blanket coverage of information in the US by using advanced computers that use artificial intelligence to screen all communications, regardless of medium, for key words that should be brought to the attention of NSA agents/cryptologists. These computers monitor all communications at the transmitting and receiving ends. This blanket coverage of the US is a result of the NSA's Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission.
The NSA's electronic surveillance network is based on a cellular arrangement of devices that can monitor the entire EMF spectrum. This equipment was developed, implemented and kept secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs.

Signals Intelligence Remote Computer Tampering

The NSA keeps track of all PCs and other computers sold in the US. This is an integral part of the Domestic Intelligence network. The NSA's EMF equipment can tune in RF emissions from personal computer circuit boards (while filtering out emissions from monitors and power supplies). The RF emission from PC circuit boards contains digital information in the PC. Coded RF waves from the NSA's equipment can resonate PC circuits and change data in the PCs. Thus the NSA can gain wireless modem-style entry into any computer in the country for surveillance or anti-terrorist electronic warfare.

Detecting EMF Fields in Humans for Surveillance

A subject's bioelectric field can be remotely detected, so subjects can be monitored anywhere they are. With special EMF equipment NSA cryptologists can remotely read evoked potentials (from EEGs). These can be decoded into a person's brain-states and thoughts. The subject is then perfectly monitored from a distance.
NSA personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the Signals Intelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA's computers will then pinpoint and track that person 24 hours a day. The NSA can pick out and track anyone in the US.

3. NSA SIGNALS INTELLIGENCE USE OF EMF BRAIN STIMULATION NSA

Signals Intelligence uses EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL). EMF Brain Stimulation has been in development since the MKULTRA program of the early 1950s, which included neurological research into radiation (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development. The resulting secret technology is categorized at the National Security Archives as "Radiation Intelligence", defined as "information from unintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including radioactivity or nuclear detonation".
Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the US Government. The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. There are also international intelligence agreements to keep this technology secret.
The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyzes electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA computer-generated brain mapping can continuously monitor all of the electrical activity in the brain continuously. The NSA records and decodes individual brain maps (of hundreds of thousands of persons) for national security purposes. EMF Brain Stimulation is also secretly used by the military for brain-to-computer link (in military fighter aircraft, for example).
For electronic surveillance purposes, electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject's verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the brain's auditory cortex, thus allowing audio communications direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this covertly to debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia.
Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject's brain and show images from the subject's brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject's eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex, bypassing the eyes and optic nerves. NSA operatives can use this surreptitiously to put images into a surveillance subject's brain while they are in REM sleep for brain-programming purposes.
*Capabilities of NSA Operatives Using RNM
There has been a Signals Intelligence network in the US since the 1940s. The NSA, Ft Meade has in place a vast two-way wireless RNM system which is used to track subjects and non-invasively monitor audiovisual information in their brains. This is all done with no physical contact with the subject. RNM is the ultimate method of surveillance and domestic intelligence. Speech, 3D sound and subliminal audio can be sent to the auditory cortex of the subject's brain (bypassing the ears), and images can be sent into the visual cortex. RNM can alter a subject's perceptions, moods and motor control.
Speech cortex/auditory cortex link has become the ultimate communications system for the intelligence community. RNM allows for a complete audiovisual brain-to-brain link or brain-to-computer link.

4. NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY SIGNALS INTELLIGENCE ELECTRONIC BRAIN LINK TECHNOLOGY

NSA SIGINT can remotely detect, identify and monitor a person's bioelectric fields.
The NSA's Signals' Intelligence has the proprietary ability to monitor remotely and non-invasively information in the human brain by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in the 30-50 Hz, 5 milliwatt electromagnetic emissions from the brain.
Neuronal activity in the brain creates a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. This magnetic flux puts out a constant 30-50 Hz, 5 milliwatt electromagnetic (EMF)wave. Contained in the electromagnetic emission from the brain are spikes and patterns called "evoked potentials". Every thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event and visual image in the brain has a corresponding "evoked potential" or set of "evoked potentials". The EMF emission from the brain can be decoded into the current thoughts, images and sounds in the subject's brain.
NSA SIGINT uses EMF-transmitted Brain Stimulation as a communications system to transmit information (as well as nervous system messages) to intelligence agents and also to transmit to the brains of covert operations subjects (on a non-perceptible level).
EMF Brain Stimulation works by sending a complexly coded and pulsed electromagnetic signal to trigger evoked potentials (events) in the brain, thereby forming sound and visual images in the brain's neural circuits. EMF Brain Stimulation can also change a person's brain-states and affect motor control.
Two-way electronic Brain Link is done by remotely monitoring neural audiovisual information while transmitting sound to the auditory cortex (bypassing the ears) and transmitting faint images to the visual cortex (bypassing the optic nerves and eyes). The images appear as floating 2D screens in the brain.
Two-way electronic Brain Link has become the ultimate communications system for CIA/NSA personnel. Remote neural monitoring (RNM, remotely monitoring bioelectric information in the human brain) has become the ultimate surveillance system. It is used by a limited number of agents in the US Intelligence Community.

RNM requires decoding the resonance frequency of each specific brain area. That frequency is then modulated in order to impose information in that specific brain area. The frequency to which the various brain areas respond varies from 3 Hz to 50 Hz. Only NSA Signals Intelligence modulates signals in this frequency band. (See Table 1.)
This modulated information can be put into the brain at varying intensities from subliminal to perceptible. Each person's brain has a unique set of bioelectric resonance/ entrainment frequencies. Sending audio information to a person's brain at the frequency of another person's auditory cortex would result in that audio information not being perceived.
The Plaintiff learned of RNM by being in two-way RNM contact with the Kinnecome group at the NSA, Ft Meade. They used RNM 3D sound direct to the brain to harass the Plaintiff from 10/90 to 5/91.
As of 5/91 they have had two-way RNM communications with the Plaintiff and have used RNM to attempt to incapacitate the Plaintiff and hinder the Plaintiff from going to the authorities about their activities against the Plaintiff in the last 12 years. The Kinnecome group has about 100 persons working 24 hour a day at Ft Meade.
They have also brain-tapped persons the Plaintiff is in contact with to keep the Plaintiff isolated. This is the first time ever that a private citizen has been harassed with RNM and has been able to bring a lawsuit against NSA personnel misusing this intelligence operations method.

6. NSA TECHNIQUES AND RESOURCES

Remote monitoring/tracking of individuals in any location inside any building, continuously, anywhere in the country.
A system for inexpensive implementation of these operation allows for thousands of persons in every community to be spied on constantly by the NSA.

Remote RNM Devices

NSA's RNM equipment remotely reads the evoked potential (EEGs) of the human brain for tracking individuals, and can send messages through the nervous systems to affect their performance RNM can electronically identify individuals and track them anywhere in the US. This equipment is on a network and is used for domestic intelligence operations, government security and military base security, and in case of bioelectric warfare.

The GWEN (Ground Wave Emergency Network) system was ceremoniously and publically decommissioned in 1999, following years of public turmoil and demonstration against the placing of the towers near populated areas. According to the military, it was solely designed for emergency communications during nuclear attack, and was replaced with SCAMP, a mobile system that was harder to target. This was all of course, the party line so to speak.
It has been speculated as of late, that the equipment (which was left operable and intact after the decommissioning), was to be used for other purposes at a later date once the public hue and cry died down. We believe we have found the purpose. The equipment was designed to repeat ultra low, very low and low signals in hexagonal transmission cells, much in the same way telephone cell towers provide cellular service areas. The 200+ sites were spaced so that these cells covered the entire US, providing a "dome" of frequency over the nation. As of yesterday HAARP began broadcasting the most powerful signal strength ever publically recorded, without any reduction in strength, around the clock. At 3.39 megahertz, the signal is well within the range of the GWEN repeater systems rebroadcast capability. It was further indicated that a potential change in the concentrated broadcast direction from HAARP (one every minute), could be detected. If this is true, then it is conceivable that the signal is being randomly rotated into each GWEN site on the repeater grid for one minute, in an effort to eliminate jamming, and make public confirmation of the process very hard. You would literally have to put a point-to-point device between each tower and HAARP to prove that HAARP was where the signal was being introduced into the grid from. However, for the purpose of scientific confirmation, a simple field strength test on 3.39mhz around the tower, would show that it is in use on that frequency, and go a long way to proving this speculation is correct.
This brings up many different questions; three which we consider are the most important.
1.       Is Star Wars already in place and operable NOW as a National Defense System using GWEN?
2.       OR, is even this application a red herring to keep our eyes off of the true use of the system? There is a mass of evidence in hand concerning low frequency mind control experiments by the military. Were HAARP and GWEN were really designed as a nation blanketing mind control system, which is now ready to be used? If so, all of the in-fighting for the presidency would finally make sense. He who won, would be the first to control the system, and if successful, the populace of the US.

A video mixer selects either the received video signal or the video message signal for output. The messages produced by the video message generator are user selectable via a keyboard input. A message memory stores a plurality of alphanumeric text messages specified by user commands for use as subliminal messages. This message memory preferably includes a read only memory storing predetermined sets of alphanumeric text messages directed to differing topics. The sets of predetermined alphanumeric text messages preferably include several positive affirmations directed to the left brain and an equal number of positive affirmations directed to the right brain that are alternately presented subliminally. The left brain messages are presented in a linear text mode, while the right brain messages are presented in a three dimensional perspective mode. The user can control the length and spacing of the subliminal presentations to accommodate differing conscious thresholds. Alternative embodiments include a combined cable television converter and subliminal message generator, a combine television receiver and subliminal message generator and a computer capable of presenting subliminal messages.
US PATENT 5,123,899 --METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ALTERING CONSCIOUSNESS - A system for altering the states of human consciousness involves the simultaneous application of multiple stimuli, preferable sounds, having differing frequencies and wave forms. The relationship between the frequencies of the several stimuli is exhibited by the equation g=s.sup.n/4 .multidot.f where: f=frequency of one stimulus; g=frequency of the other stimuli of stimulus; and n=a positive or negative integer which is different for each other stimulus.

US PATENT 4,877,027 - HEARING SYSTEM - Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.
US PATENT 6,011,991 - COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD INCLUDING BRAIN WAVE ANALYSIS AND/OR USE OF BRAIN ACTIVITY - A system and method for enabling human beings to communicate by way of their monitored brain activity. The brain activity of an individual is monitored and transmitted to a remote location (e.g. by satellite). At the remote location, the monitored brain activity is compared with pre-recorded normalized brain activity curves, waveforms, or patterns to determine if a match or substantial match is found. If such a match is found, then the computer at the remote location determines that the individual was attempting to communicate the word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched stored normalized signal.
US PATENT 4,858,612 - HEARING DEVICE - A method and apparatus for simulation of hearing in mammals by introduction of a plurality of microwaves into the region of the auditory cortex is shown and described. A microphone is used to transform sound signals into electrical signals which are in turn analyzed and processed to provide controls for generating a plurality of microwave signals at different frequencies. The multifrequency microwaves are then applied to the brain in the region of the auditory cortex. By this method sounds are perceived by the mammal which are representative of the original sound received by the microphone.
US PATENT 3,951,134 - APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REMOTELY MONITORING AND ALTERING BRAIN WAVES - Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject's brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein.

US PATENT FOR BARCODE TATTOO - Method for verifying human identity during electronic sale transactions. A method is presented for facilitating sales transactions by electronic media. A bar code or a design is tattooed on an individual. Before the sales transaction can be consummated, the tattoo is scanned with a scanner. Characteristics about the scanned tattoo are compared to characteristics about other tattoos stored on a computer database in order to verify the identity of the buyer. Once verified, the seller may be authorized to debit the buyer's electronic bank account in order to consummate the transaction. The seller's electronic bank account may be similarly updated.
US PATENT 5,539,705 - ULTRASONIC SPEECH TRANSLATOR AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM--A wireless communication system undetectable by radio frequency methods for converting audio signals, including human voice, to electronic signals in the ultrasonic frequency range, transmitting the ultrasonic signal by way of acoustical pressure waves across a carrier medium, including gases, liquids, or solids, and reconverting the ultrasonic acoustical pressure waves back to the original audio signal. The ultrasonic speech translator and communication system (20) includes an ultrasonic transmitting device (100) and an ultrasonic receiving device (200). The ultrasonic transmitting device (100) accepts as input (115) an audio signal such as human voice input from a microphone (114) or tape deck.
US PATENT 5,629,678 - PERSONAL TRACKING AND RECOVERY SYSTEM--Apparatus for tracking and recovering humans utilizes an implantable transceiver incorporating a power supply and actuation system allowing the unit to remain implanted and functional for years without maintenance. The implanted transmitter may be remotely actuated, or actuated by the implantee. Power for the remote-activated receiver is generated electromechanically through the movement of body muscle. The device is small enough to be implanted in a child, facilitating use as a safeguard against kidnapping, and has a transmission range which also makes it suitable for wilderness sporting activities. A novel biological monitoring feature allows the device to be used to facilitate prompt medical dispatch in the event of heart attack or similar medical emergency. A novel sensation-feedback feature allows the implantee to control and actuate the device with certainty.
US PATENT 5,760,692 - INTRA-ORAL TRACKING DEVICE-An intra-oral tracking device adapted for use in association with a tooth having a buccal surface and a lingual surface, the apparatus comprises a tooth mounting member having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface including adhesive material.
US PATENT 5,868,100 - FENCELESS ANIMAL CONTROL SYSTEM USING GPS LOCATION INFORMATION - A fenceless animal confinement system comprising portable units attached to the animal and including means for receiving GPS signals and for providing stimulation to the animal. The GPS signals are processed to provide location information which is compared to the desired boundary parameters. If the animal has moved outside the desired area, the stimulation means is activated. The signal processing circuitry may be included either within the portable unit or within a separate fixed station.
US PATENT 5,905,461 - GLOBAL POSITIONING SATELLITE TRACKING DEVICE - A global positioning and tracking system for locating one of a person and item of property. The global positioning and tracking system comprises at least one tracking device for connection to the one of the person and item of property including a processing device for determining a location of the tracking device and generating a position signal and a transmitter for transmitting said position signal.
US PATENT 5,935,054 - MAGNETIC EXCITATION OF SENSORY RESONANCES--The invention pertains to influencing the nervous system of a subject by a weak externally applied magnetic field with a frequency near 1/2 Hz. In a range of amplitudes, such fields can excite the 1/2 sensory resonance, which is the physiological effect involved in "rocking the baby".

US PATENT 6,017,302 - SUBLIMINAL ACOUSTIC MANIPULATION OF NERVOUS SYSTEMS - In human subjects, sensory resonances can be excited by subliminal atmospheric acoustic pulses that are tuned to the resonance frequency. The 1/2 Hz sensory resonance affects the autonomic nervous system and may cause relaxation, drowsiness, or sexual excitement, depending on the precise acoustic frequency near 1/2 Hz used. The effects of the 2.5 Hz resonance include slowing of certain cortical processes, sleepiness, and disorientation. For these effects to occur, the acoustic intensity must lie in a certain deeply subliminal range. Suitable apparatus consists of a portable battery-powered source of weak subaudio acoustic radiation. The method and apparatus can be used by the general public as an aid to relaxation, sleep, or sexual arousal, and clinically for the control and perhaps treatment of insomnia, tremors, epileptic seizures, and anxiety disorders. There is further application as a nonlethal weapon that can be used in law enforcement standoff situations, for causing drowsiness and disorientation in targeted subjects. It is then preferable to use venting acoustic monopoles in the form of a device that inhales and exhales air with subaudio frequency.
US PATENT 6,051,594 - METHODS AND FORMULATIONS FOR MODULATING THE HUMAN SEXUAL RESPONSE - The invention is directed to improved methods for modulating the human sexual response by orally administering a formulation of the vasodilator phentolamine to the blood circulation and thereby modulating the sexual response on demand.
US PATENT 6,052,336 - APPARATUS AND METHOD OF BROADCASTING AUDIBLE SOUND USING ULTRASONIC SOUND AS A CARRIER - An ultrasonic sound source broadcasts an ultrasonic signal which is amplitude and/or frequency modulated with an information input signal originating from an information input source. If the signals are amplitude modulated, a square root function of the information input signal is produced prior to modulation. The modulated signal, which may be amplified, is then broadcast via a projector unit, whereupon an individual or group of individuals located in the broadcast region detect the audible sound.

Anonymous First Person Encounter

The following report, although anonymous, provides a detailed first person encounter with what may be government electromagnetic testing. It was published in an underground magazine a few years ago. I do not maintain that reports such as these are absolute proof of government electromagnetic testing on citizenry, but well-reasoned accounts such as the following must be taken into consideration:
The large black top of the Federal Building in San Francisco looks like a giant air-conditioning vent, 50 feet tall, comprising the entire top of the building. It is actually a radar, microwave, and radio transparent shield for an array of communications devices on the roof of the building. Such "blinds" on top of government buildings are nothing unusual, it isn't necessary to visually remind everybody that such buildings also are likenesses of Orwell's Ministry of Information (read, CIA). And as such are in need of systems of communications independent of civilian mediums. Which, anyway, would be purposely interrupted in any serious case of civil unrest.
It is important to note three facts at this point, the purpose of which will come clear in the end: First, the Federal building is located at the base of a broad hill. It is on the low rise of this hill where San Francisco's 'Skid Row' district, the 'Tenderloin,' uneasily rests. And so the Federal Building can be seen from virtually any place in the Tenderloin. And let us reverse this thought: virtually any place in the Tenderloin may be seen from the Federal Building. And it is this unimpeded view which brings to mind the second oddly coinciding factor; that Low Frequency Electromagnetic emissions like television broadcasts will not pass through earth (hills, or the horizon), nor do they even pass very well through buildings, and so require a fairly clear shot, unlike higher frequency emissions like radio. This is why you have to put TV antennas on the roof.
Now fact three: Extremely Low Frequency transmissions, or ELFs, have been the focus of significant research by the military intelligence machines of several governments, including our own. ELF developments for military purposes is based on indications that ELFs at close range seem to cause aberrations in the thought processes of human beings, such as hallucinations, disordered thought, confusion, aggression, depression anger, hopelessness. Not unlike television, a close companion to ELFs in the electromagnetic spectrum. It is not difficult to imagine the value of such a weapon to our secret government, so fond of the disruption of societies, the control and subjugation of individuals, and of war, 'the insane death dance of paranoid societies.'
Now with these three things in mind, consider this fourth. Since I have had the fortune to live for three years in this ring of hell, the Tenderloin, I have noticed something very odd. At least 15 times I have noticed in the morning or early evening a pronounced buzzing or humming. Very low and hard to hear. Something like the sound which some can hear of a TV that is on in a room, but with the volume off. And on looking for the source of this sound, I found that it seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere. In other words it seemed to be coming from inside my head. I do not mean this figuratively. I mean that my head seemed to resonate with the vibration. And I felt that my thoughts were disrupted.
The buzzing seemed to make thoughts fall apart just before forming, like sand on a vibrating metal plate, and I felt vaguely angry. On the third or fourth occurrence of this, I noticed that in the wake of the buzzing sound, an unusual number of fights could be heard breaking out all around me. From out on the streets, and from adjoining buildings, and apartments, came the shouts and threats of people overcome with anger. And I thought, though at first it seemed horrible to consider, 'Hadn't ELF subjects reported the feeling or sound of buzzing in their heads?' and 'what better section of the population could be chosen on which to conduct ELF experiments.' A large percentage of inner urban dwellers are already so close to the edge that he or she is highly likely to express any fluctuation of mood with a corresponding fluctuation of activity which might come to the attention of the police.
In a neighbourhood where aberrant behaviour is common and expected, slight increases of such behaviour would go completely unnoticed, but would be detectable by careful observation of incoming reports to the police department. It would be unlikely in the extreme that anyone would associate the strange buzzing sound with unaccountable accompanying emotional swings.
Impossible that someone would suspect secret agents of systematically barraging the politically powerless with mood and consciousness ELF waves from atop the Federal Building. But even if such an impossibility came to pass, and allegations were made, would they not automatically be discredited by the general perception of the poor (i.e. Tenderloin inhabitants) as mentally unstable, alcoholic, drug addicted, and of the government as an essentially well meaning parent, who would not really ever purposely harm her children? 
Tests of ELF effects could be precisely monitored by the existing police department recording system (at no extra cost), all recorded on the justice system's networked national computer system, containing exact times of complaints, record of outcome, location, identity, profile, and criminal history of all persons involved. Police department ignorance of the tests would actually be desirable. The entire operation could be run by as few as two people. ELF broadcast times would simply be correlated with any flux of reports to the police department. And the exact nature of the ELF effects on human emotion would be conveniently built into the data received from police reports.
For example, an increase of domestic violence at 4%, and suicides 2%, perhaps one or two extra stabbings during your special hour-long broadcast of the latest ELF 'Top Ten'. A decrease in premeditated crimes might indicate a breakdown of thought process during the time of ELF transmission. Do you see? A double blind experiment (neither police nor populace have any idea) on a perfectly contained and monitored large population control subjects, in a typical city, with an 'in place' monitoring system (police reports) with a plus or minus accuracy allowance of virtually 0% since the experiment can be performed an unlimited number of times over a period of years. Could such malignant experiments be pulled off in any other setting?
If your aim were to induce murders, violence, psychosis, severe depression, or suicide, you couldn't really go calling on John Hopkins University now, could you?
Anyway, the very point of such a thing would be its use on urban populations. Listen, you have a little country somewhere, you destabilise the populace with ELFs and conventional means and overwhelm the local law enforcement agencies, martial law is declared, the democratically elected government falls. You install a corrupt dictator. You say to the American people, 'We must send humanitarian aid.' A hundred million dollars is allocated to the small country. The corrupt dictator steals the goods and money, and deposits the laundered free and clear taxpayer dollars in an offshore American bank. Beginning to get the picture? Think of how perfectly foolproof this is, how elegant, how appealing, how logical, how insidious, how horrible, how possible, and all it costs is the suffering of thousands of people.
"Postscript; last week the buzzing happened again, so loud yet so easily dismissed against the background of city noise. How could I prove to myself that it was not simply just coming from my head, could I possibly have the rare hearing condition, tinnitus, which causes ringing in the ears? I remembered a Mr. Science experiment where the electromagnetic transparency of various substances was being demonstrated. A portable radio was placed into a wooden box. 'Hear that? The radio is still playing, which means? That's right, wood is electromagnetically transparent.' The radio was imprisoned in various other containers to see what would happen. Then finally it was wrapped in aluminium foil, and fell silent. I ran into the kitchen and grabbed the tin foil. Pulling a three foot strip of it, I wrapped it around my head, and the buzzing stopped."
